      为探究三江牛屠宰性状之间的相关性,研究选取了年龄相同的三江牛17头进行屠宰,测定了12个屠宰性能指标,并进行主成分分析。结果表明:三江牛公牛各屠宰性能指标均高于母牛,其中肝重、脾重、胃重、肾重差异不显著(P>0.05),其余指标差异显著(P<0.01);主成分分析确定了2个主成分,累积贡献率达82.43%;第一主成分可代表三江牛屠宰重量总体情况,第二主成分可代表内脏重量情况。

      In order to explore the correlation of laughter traits of Sanjiang cattle, we selected and slaughtered 17 Sanjiang cattle which with similar age, then 12 slaughter traits were measured and analyzed statistically. The results showed that the slaughter performance indexes of Sanjiang ox were all higher than those of cows, among which liver weight, spleen weight, stomach weight and kidney weight were not significantly different (P>0.05), while the other indexes were significantly different (P<0.01). Two principal components were identified by principal component analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was up to 82.43%. The first principal component can represent the overall slaughter weight of sanjiang cattle, the second principal component could reflect the visceral weigh.
