      Beef cattle industry is a key industry in China, which has an important impact on improving the dietary structure of urban and rural residents. As one of the top ten pastoral areas in China, it is necessary to develop beef cattle industry. In recent years, Ningxia has taken a series of measures to develop beef cattle industry, which has achieved some results, but still faces a series of problems and challenges. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by beef cattle breeding industry in Guyuan area of Ningxia, in order to provide a correct direction for the development of beef cattle breeding industry in Guyuan area of Ningxia.
