      [目的] 探讨利用LRH-A3和PGF2a进行试验,对肉牛同期发情的影响。 [方法] 应用LRH-A3对健康牛和排卵延迟牛进行处理,并用PGF2a进行同期发情处理,观察统计治疗效果、同期率和受胎率情况。 [结果] 经过对对健康牛和排卵延迟牛进行处理,同期率和受胎率都有提高,取得了较好的试验效果。 [结论] 同期发情时,注射LRH-A3,能提高母牛的同期率和受胎率。

      [Objective] To explore the effect of LRH-A3 and PGF2a on the synchronous estrus of cows. [Method] The LRH-A3 was performed to treat the healthy and delayed ovulation cows, with PGF2a for estrus synchronization treatment. The treatment effect, synchronous estrus and conception rates were observed and analyzed. [Results] The synchronous estrus and conception rates were improved, after treatment for healthy and delayed ovulation cows. The result showed that LRH-A3 treatment has a better effect. [Conclusion] Injection of LRH-A3 may increase the synchronous estrus and conception rates of cows.
