circRNA是一类反向剪接后,由3’末端和5’末端共价结合形成的环状非编码RNA,其广泛存在于多种生物细胞中,具有结构稳定、序列保守及细胞或组织特异性表达等特征。在真核生物中,编码蛋白质的RNA只占基因组的20%以下,其余为非编码RNA。ncRNA调控着生理发育过程中各种水平的基因表达,具有重要的生物学功能。本文综述了circRNA的来源和作用机制,circRNAs对动物骨骼肌细胞增殖分化的最新研究进展。 |

circRNA is a kind of circular non-coding RNA formed by 3 "-terminal and 5" -terminal covalent binding after reverse splicing. CircRNA is widely found in various biological cells and is characterized by stable structure, conserved sequence and specific expression in cells or tissues. In eukaryotes, protein-coding rnas make up only about 20 percent of the genome, with the rest being non-coding RNAs. ncRNA regulates various levels of gene expression during physiological development and has important biological functions. This paper reviews the origin and mechanism of circRNAs, and the latest research progress of circRNAs on the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle cells in animals. |
