      In view of the low survival rate of calves in large-scale beef farms that introduced Angus for rearing in confinement, this article elaborated the reasons for the low survival rate of Angus calves under the conditions of large-scale rearing in confinement, and proposed targeted solutions and the operation process of calf nursing and feeding, pointing out the direction for improving the survival rate of Angus calves.
