      崇左市位于我国西南边境，有“中国糖都”美称。为延长甘蔗产业链，充分利用甘蔗尾叶，崇左市出台一系列扶持政策发展牛羊产业，吸引社会资本投入牛羊产业，创新社会资本与政府资金深度合作，为全市巩固脱贫攻坚及推进乡村振兴战略发挥了积极作用，取得一定成效，涌现出有成效可复制好推广的典型案例。

      Chongzuo City is located on the southwest border of China,have the reputation of “Sugar CITY of China”. In order to extend the sugarcane industry chain and make full use of the sugarcane tail leaves,Chongzuo City introduced a series of support policies to develop cattle and sheep industry,attract social capital into the cattle and sheep industry,innovative deep cooperation of social capital with government funds,played a positive role of consolidate poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization strategy,achieve certain results,emerged out typical exmaples of successful replication.
