      为探讨育肥牛屠宰率与活体、胴体价格之间存在的关系,为促进肉牛屠宰加工企业按质论价提供参考。本文从屠宰场收购育肥牛的日常价格入手，利用3个时间段的具体事例，通过假设类推法开展分析研究。结果表明，活胴价比等于盈亏平衡点屠宰率，盈亏平衡点屠宰率与胴体价格呈反向变化规律。在现实交易中，与活胴价比相等的那个屠宰率的点上出售活体牛与胴体收益相等，但是胴体价格会有相应的变化,双方相互兼顾，争取利益最大化。
