      全株玉米青贮作为国内外公认的一种优质粗饲料，是连接我国种植业和畜牧业的桥梁，直接关系到我国农业供给侧结构性改革的成效。本文针对山东省全株玉米青贮生产与应用的现状和问题，提出了加强优质青贮玉米品种选育、促进种养结合模式、提升青贮加工技术水平以及加大财政支持力度和科技支撑等建议，为山东省农业供给侧结构性改革和畜牧业转型升级提供新思路。

      Whole plant corn silage is recognized as a kind of high-quality coarse feed at home and abroad, which is directly related to the effect of agricultural supply side structural reform. In view of the present situation and problems of the whole plant corn silage production and application in Shandong province, this paper put forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the selection of high quality silage corn varieties, promoting the mode of combination of planting and breeding, improving the level of silage processing technology, and increasing the financial support and scientific and technological support, so as to provide new ideas for the structural reform of agricultural supply side and the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry in Shandong province.
