      瘤胃积食是反刍动物常发的一种疾病，主要是瘤胃内滞积大量饲料，导致瘤胃异常充满，胃壁扩张，造成消化机能障碍和生产性能下降。笔者根据武威市凉州区牛瘤胃积食发生的原因，结合多年临床实践，采取瘤胃切开术治疗方法，治疗病例83例，治愈81例，治愈率为97.6%，效果良好。

      Rumen food accumulation is a common disease of ruminants. It is mainly caused by a large amount of feed stagnant in the rumen, which leads to abnormal filling of the rumen, expansion of the stomach wall, resulting in digestive dysfunction and decreased production performance. According to the causes of cattle rumen accumulated food in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city, combined with years of clinical practice, the author adopted the method of rumen resection, treated 83 cases, cured 81 cases, the cure rate was 97.6%, and with a good effect.
