      With the development of economy, people's living standard is improving constantly, consumption structure has changed, people's demand for beef and mutton products has increased, so it is urgent to speed up the development of cattle and sheep industry. This paper introduces the current situation, existing problems and measures taken to solve these problems in He'nan province, and provides theoretical basis for the development of cattle and sheep industry.
