      The total mixing daily ration was made by roughage,green fodder,silage,mixed concentrates according certain percentage based on nutritional needs of production and physiological growing of cow.It was a mixed feed with relative nutritional balance,and it was a technological revolutionary for modern dairy cattle.This article focused on the introduction of total mixed ration characteristics,the technical issues of involved application and main machinery.As well as in the applying aspect was introduced.
