      Epigenetic modifications plays an important role in gene expression and the early development of cloned embryo.From four aspects including DNA methylation,histone acetylation,chromatin remodeling and non-coding RNAs,this article discribed the mechanism of epigenetic modifications and its effects on transgene and the early development of cloned embryo.The article has great instructional significants for researching epigenetic modifications.
