| Tuberculosis is a human and animal contagious disease.Dairy cow easily infect it.Now the popular method to detect tuberculosis in cows is PPD reaction,but this method is not accurate and repeatable.A set of new procedures to improve the detection accuracy were summarized and it could be a reference for the animal husbandry worker. |
