      [目的]我国发展肉牛养殖具有较大的潜力,为了更好地开展肉牛杂交改良工作,[方法]我们对一次前列腺素法、孕激素阴道栓法、补充少量促卵泡素诱导产双胎法进行了同期发情技术试验,[结果]表明处理牛同期发情率都在90%以上,取得了较好的效果.[结论] 说明周期发情技术在肉牛繁殖上应用具有明显提高繁殖率.

英文摘要:

      To improve the reproduction rate in beef cattle crossbreeding,three kinds of estrus synchronization treatment methods,i.e PG treatment,progesterone vaginal suppository and FSH were compared.The results indicated estrus rate of three treatment were all above 90%.It means estrus synchronization could improve the reproductive rate.
