      Cow immune failure is the key problem that restricts the economic benefit and disease prevention and control effect of dairy farm, and its causes are complex and involve multi-system collaborative failure. This paper discusses the reasons of immune failure of dairy cows from feeding management, dairy cow’s own factors, vaccine factors, immune operation factors, etc., reveals the mechanism of immune failure caused by these factors, and finally puts forward targeted solutions to enhance immune effect and improve breeding efficiency of dairy farms.
