      河南省作为农业大省，拥有丰富的自然资源和区位优势，在政策、市场和科技的推动下，河南省奶产量稳步提高，生鲜乳品质不断提升，奶业发展呈现出生产水平高、产业链条全、发展势头稳的特点。然而近两年奶业受市场波动和国际形势的影响，生产和消费呈现结构性失衡。本文基于 2024 年河南省奶牛产业数据，系统分析了奶业发展现状及面临的主要问题，并从优化产业链协同机制、强化科技赋能及精准消费引导等方面提出应对措施，为区域奶业高质量发展提供决策依据。

      As a major agricultural province, Henan Province possesses abundant natural resources and geographical advantages. Driven by policies, market forces, and technological advancements, the province has achieved steady growth in milk production, continuous improvement in the quality of raw milk, and a dairy industry characterized by high production levels, a comprehensive industrial chain, and stable development momentum. However, over the past two years, the industry has faced structural imbalances between production and consumption due to market fluctuations and international geopolitical shifts. Based on 2024 industry data, this study systematically analyzes the current status and key challenges of dairy development in Henan Province. It proposes countermeasures such as optimizing industrial chain collaboration mechanisms, strengthening technological empowerment, and implementing targeted consumer guidance, thereby providing a decision-making foundation for high-quality regional dairy industry development.
