      肉牛产业作为关乎国计民生的重要基础产业，云南省凭借其优越的气候生态条件和丰富的饲草资源，肉牛存栏量和牛肉产量均在全国名列前茅。该省拥有 15 个地方肉牛品种，其中包括自主培育的云岭牛品种，这为云南发展肉牛产业奠定了坚实基础。为进一步推动该产业的持续发展，本文将从种业、饲草、设施设备、疫病防控、屠宰加工等 5 个关键环节入手，深入分析当前现状与存在的问题，并提出相应的政策措施，以期探讨其优化发展路径。

英文摘要:

      The beef cattle industry is an important basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. Yunnan Province, with its superior climate and ecological conditions and abundant forage resources, ranks among the top in the country in terms of beef cattle inventory and beef production. The province has 15 indigenous cattle breeds, including the self-developed Yunling cattle breed, providing Yunnan with the basic conditions for developing the beef cattle industry. To further promote the development of this industry, this paper focuses on five key aspects: breeding, forage, facilities and equipment, epidemic prevention and control, and slaughter processes. It analyzes the current situation and problems, and proposes corresponding policy measures to explore its development path.
