      本文立足于乡村振兴与大食物观战略背景，对近年来吉林省肉牛产业发展成效进行了总结。在 “秸秆变肉” 等政策驱动下，吉林省肉牛产业在产能扩张与链条延伸上成效显著，已成为区域农业经济关键增长点。然而，产业持续发展面临核心种源依赖、养殖成本高企、金融支持不足及产业链后端加工营销短板等严峻挑战。为此，本文提出吉林省肉牛产业发展对策和建议，旨在为政府、相关行业部门和从业者提供决策参考。

      Based on the background of rural revitalization and the "big food concept" strategy, this article summarizes the achievements of the beef cattle industry development in Jilin Province over the past few years. Driven by policies such as "straw to meat", the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results in capacity expansion and chain extension, and has become a key growth point for regional agricultural economy. However, the sustainable development of the industry faces severe challenges such as dependence on core breeding sources, high breeding costs, insufficient financial support, and weaknesses in back-end processing and marketing of the industrial chain. Therefore, this article proposes development countermeasures and suggestions for the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province, aiming to provide decision-making references for the government, relevant industry departments, and practitioners.
